1. User is reposnible for post accuracy. Posts will be reviewed for validity and location must match locale/region/state it is submitted to. If location and area do not match, post will be deleted. Abusers of this policy face being BANNED from TargetedClassifieds.com.

2. Spammers (submitting the same post over & over) will be banned from Targeted Classifieds without notice.

3. ALL IMAGES SUBMITTED TO TARGETEDCLASSIFIEDS.COM ARE THE SOLE REPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTER.
Images of porn, hate, or that otherwise violate National and/or International Laws will be deleted.The poster WILL be prosecuted and reported to the proper authorities.

4.TARGETEDCLASSIFIEDS.COM WILL BE HELD HARMLESS AND BE GRANTED FULL IMMUNITY FROM LAWSUIT AND/OR PORSECUTION IN ANY LAWSUIT OR LEGAL PROCEEDING BROUGHT BY ANY PARTY.
